Yes — same-day service is available across the Charlotte metro. Call before noon for the best chance at a same-day appointment. We do our best to accommodate urgent calls even in the afternoon.
We service all major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, KitchenAid, Maytag, Kenmore, Bosch, and Frigidaire — plus high-end luxury brands like Viking, Thermador, and Sub-Zero. If you don't see your brand listed, just call and we'll let you know.
Yes, a flat diagnostic fee applies to every service call. The good news: if you choose to proceed with the repair, that fee is credited toward the total cost of the repair.
Our 90-day warranty covers all parts and labor on every repair we perform. If the exact same issue returns within 90 days of your service date, we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge.
We cover the full Charlotte metro including Charlotte, Concord, Cornelius, Fort Mill, Huntersville, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Matthews, Mint Hill, Monroe, Kannapolis, Davidson, and Harrisburg. Not sure if we cover your area? Just call and ask.
Yes. We're certified on luxury appliance brands and carry specialized parts for Viking, Thermador, Sub-Zero, and Wolf. High-end appliances need technicians who know them — we're not guessing when we open one up.
A little prep goes a long way: clear the area around the appliance so the technician has room to work, locate the model number if you can (usually found inside the door or on the back panel), and make a note of when the problem started and any error codes you've seen.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
